I can't knock this for the thickness when it feels so sturdy and works so well. I do wish it were a bit thinner, but I wouldn't want to lose any stability just to get slimmer profile.The finish is nice, and the magnet is and hinge operate smoothly. I used a lighter from a distance to warm up the adhesive before sticking it on. It helps to let it cool before using it, and it feels well planted. Ive have to reposition it in the past and warming it up helps release the bond and it reattaches just as well.
