Easy to install once you know how you want it to fold. It does let the phone tilt forward slightly, but that may be because my monitor is curves. It works well for video calling by holding the phone nice and secure at the set angle. Sturdiness depends on what you attached it too, but the sticky hasn't budged. Haven't tried to remove it, so not sure about that.
