The aromatherapy feature is an interesting addition that I would not have expected on a product like this. It works well enough, though I tend to have it off most of the time.As for the rest of it, it functions fairly well - though as another mentioned, it has occasionally released its grip on my phone for no apparent reason, but the position in which I had it luckily did not cause the phone to fall out, and it reestablished its grip right afterwards. Just an odd thing.The wireless charging works well with our iPhone, but a USB-C Android that did not support wireless was likewise a little odd. The small adapter that allows standard charging works well enough, but it is incredibly hard to remove, and there is no way to store that little piece - so if it is fumbled while removing or attaching it, and goes flying anywhere not visible, chances are you'll lose the ability to charge you phone with this holder. That part of the design needs some more thought, I believe.Otherwise, it's a great little cradle with a unique feature that makes it a helpful addition to our car.
