Update: I wanted to come back and say how impressed I am with this store and experience. The item arrived in just a couple of days, with all the pieces described and I am really glad I tried again. This is a small cross body bag but it fits my keys and a small wallet insert with drivers license and a couple credit cards. 5 stars for the product and for the customer service. I chose this cross body phone/pouch because the bag didn't hang off the strap. I still really like the design. The pouch is really well attached. Took my phone out of case so I could take picture.
